Laura Hathy, Trustee

Laura resides in Mentor, Ohio, where she currently lives with her husband Jeff, her dog Charlie and her cats Buddy and Jack. Laura graduated from Lake Catholic High School, where she received a service reward for the most community service hours ever recorded at the school and was a part of the National Honor Society. Laura loves to help others and especially found that working with individuals with disabilities was the most meaningful.

Laura now works at Mentor CARES as a classroom assistant and is a part of Share a Vision. She enjoys hiking with her husband and dog, painting, drawing, playing her violin, and is an avid baker. She is involved in the choir at Mary Queen of Peace parish in Cleveland. She attributes most of her success to her husband, who is very supportive and encourages her to follow her dreams. Laura loves helping those in need and is excited to be a part of Share a Vision, where she can be a part of making an impact on children’s lives.
